I love Jane Austen, Harry Potter, Anne of Green Gables, the Outlander series, The Hunger Games trilogy and a host of other novels. I love history and watching documentaries. I love tea and Lindt Dark Chocolate truffles. I love to binge watch shows on Netflix & Amazon Prime, Keeping Up Appearances, Sherlock (BBC), The Paradise, Monarch of the Glen, The Office, Murdoch Mysteries, Once Upon a Time, Cranford, Larkrise to Candleford, North & South (BBC mini) and I love period drama especially those set in the U.K. I love knitting podcasts on YouTube. I am a Christian stay at home mama of three busy boys. Besides knitting I love to, read, cook, quilt & sew, research period clothing, cross stitch and embroidery and spending time with my family. I’m pretty easy going and love the domestic arts, well except for cleaning, I’ll do almost anything to avoid it…. I am learning how to spin. I bought a turkish spindle and was gifted a Kromski Minstrel for Christmas in 2015. I’m starting up a new blog to go along with my new YouTube channel MamaCimino Knits. We have a little farm with 3 Suri Alpaca we named after some of my favorite Jane Austen characters, Elinor Dashwood, Anne Elliot and Elizabeth Bennet. Along with my Alpaca ladies, we also have two Holstein Heifers named Lucy and Ethel, a handful of pigs, Nubian goats and 10 chickens.
